Refund policy

At Nabha India, each product is handcrafted in collaboration with artisans of North Karnataka. We take every effort to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Customized, made-to-order, or sale items are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged in transit.

Return Process

Please write to us at support@nabhaindia.com
 with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up (where available) or request you to ship the product back to our studio.

Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to try another item, please place a fresh order after returning the original piece.
